Monique Richer

President

Ms Richer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and Management from the Université de Montréal. She also completed her Master’s Degree in Organization Management at Université Laval.

Monique Richer orchestrated large-scale business management projects during her career with Bell Canada. While there, she filled key management positions, overseeing various fields including strategic direction, organizational and financial development, client services, networks and distribution channels.

Her strategic vision and human approach has led to her involvement in local politics. And this, at the highest levels, because Ms Richer was elected Mayoress after having served as Councillor for her city.

Today, Ms Richer continues to be actively committed to public service. She is President of Centraide Laurentides. She also sits on the Cégep Lionel-Groulx Board of Directors.

Patricia McDougall

Division Manager – Montreal

Patricia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Université de Montréal, and a Public Relations certificate from Concordia University. Currently she is completing the Master’s Program in Organization Management and Development from Université Laval. She has acquired in-depth experience of personnel agencies in many industries, particularly in the health sector. Patricia also has solid experience in business development and training, as well as in the management of multi-disciplinary teams.
